Is my data stored?

No. Prompts and completions are never stored or logged, and every response carries the header x-st-data-retention: none. We keep token counts and costs for billing.

Where does it run?

In the US region: your account, keys and usage records stay there. Inference runs in the US; if the main provider fails, fallback traffic may pass outside the US. Canada is coming soon.

Why prepaid?

So a key can't run up a bill. You buy credits from $10, each call is paid from them, and nothing is served without credit. You can also give each key a daily budget. There is no subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Unused purchased credit can be refunded to the original card within 6 months of purchase. Credits don't expire.

Does it work with my agent or SDK?

Yes. It's an OpenAI-compatible API: point any OpenAI SDK at https://api.us.scaledthought.com/v1. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or any agent that can run commands can set up the account from one prompt.
